Call For Presenters Is Live Now!

Our conference will take place in Cleveland, OH, USA, January 22-26, 2025 and is the premiere event welcoming leaders, practitioners, and change-makers from all around the world to collaborate and learn from the best!

Here are the different tracks we are offering in 45, 60, and 90 minute time slots:
  • Certifications/Trainings/Pre-Conference/Post-Conference (CERT, PRE, POST)
  • Facilitation and Programming (FP)
  • Industry and Business (IB)
  • Open Forum (FORUM)
  • Operations and Management (OM)
  • Technical (TT)
  • Training (TR)
The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2024.

You may be asking “Why is the deadline when it is?” Well, there are a plethora of logistics that need to be worked out in advance and that takes a lot of coordination with multiple people and venues. Scheduling the sessions for the event itself can be very time consuming because of the numerous things to consider. Some of these things include: meeting room size, room setup, set changes between sessions, AV requirements, tech support needs, and more. We also try to lock in the schedule as early as possible to allow potential attendees to know what is being offered so they can prepare budgets in a timely manner.

We realize this deadline is several months earlier than the actual conference and that things are rapidly changing in our industry. However, please note that the more information you can provide in your initial submission the easier it is for us to make decisions about if it should be offered or not.

If you're interested in submitting a topic for us to consider, your proposal can be submitted via Session Board here. You can also use the portal to keep up to date on the status of your submissions. If approved, you'll receive a list of tasks to complete.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at workshops@acctinfo.org.
