Description & Details:

Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School (CBOBS) is looking for an experienced Challenge Course trainer, observer, and supervisor to join the Crew as a Day Program Specialist - Site Manager for the 2026 programming season (March through November).


This role provides training and oversight on their standalone Challenge Course elements in Leakin Park, Baltimore during One-Day Programs with youth from Baltimore, DC, and throughout the DMV.
This role is a 9-month commitment (Monday to Friday with some weekend work) that is paid over 12-months and includes benefits like employer contributions to medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k matching, and housing available on-site.
A salary of $38,765 will be considered for applicants who have an active Level 2 Practitioner certification, but applicants who have significant challenge course experience without this certification will still be considered.
