Conference Work Group
The Conference Work Group’s purpose is to assist staff in carrying out the business of the Association. Specifically, to assist in ensuring that the ACCT Annual Conference is well planned, organized and highly beneficial to attendees.

Registration Coordinator (1 person)–
Assist 3rd party with onsite registration logistics / Lead Service Crew Volunteers at Registration
Digital Coordinator (1 – 2 ppl) –
PR / Website / Conference Ap / Social Media / Conference Photography
Workshops (4 ppl) –
CEU’s / ICE CEU’s / Pre-con / Post-con / Certifications / Demos / AV Assistance for Large Events (Opening / Awards)
Exhibits (2 ppl)
Assist 3rd party with on-site Exhibitor Logistics / Liaison between 3rd part, Show Decorator, ACCT Staff, & Service Crew
Special Projects (2 people)
Slideshows / Auction / Olympics
Assist at Registration / Exhibit Hall as needed
Receptions / décor
Service Crew (2 people) -
Manage all aspects of Yellow Hat Volunteer Team on-site
Coordinate Service Crew (SC) Scheduling with full Conference Work Group in advance
Review / Screen SC applicants and conduct 1:1 calls with potential applicants.
This role will continue to be shared among work group members based upon roster.
While there are specific tasks / roles each person in this group fills each member realizes their contributions are vital to the success of the overall conference experience.
