ACCT Programs
Inspector Certification
ACCT administers an inspector certification exam and publishes a list of the professional level inspectors who are currently certified. ACCT volunteers, led by the program manager, maintain and update the exam, qualifications, and requirements as needed.
Operation Accreditation
A review process for challenge courses, aerial adventure/trekking parks, zip lines, and canopy tour sites that assures they meet procedural and standard compliance requirements. These courses serve the general public, and their commitment to quality, professional conduct/business practices, and ongoing use and adherence to industry standards is both important and worthy of recognition.
Operation Reviewer
An Operation Reviewer is an ACCT approved individual that meets the Qualified Course Professional (QCP) guidelines for Reviewer. For an individual to become an approved Operation Reviewer, individuals must complete the application process, attend training, and be approved.
Vendor Accreditation
A review process for the service providers to challenge course operations. These vendors provide design, installation, inspection, training, and practitioner certification for the operators in our industry. The primary objective of the Vendor Accreditation Program is to recognize service providers whose operational protocols and delivered services consistently adhere to the standards set forth by ACCT. Furthermore, this program seeks to determine alignment with established business norms within the challenge course, aerial adventure/trekking parks, zip line, and canopy tour industry.
