QCP Feedback Information

Posted By: Heather Brooks Program Updates,

If you missed the Qualified Course Professional Guidelines update workshop at the conference, no worries! We are bringing the updates to you!

The Qualified Course Professional Task Force has concentrated on refining the guidelines to better define the attributes of a qualified person, emphasizing required training, supervised experience, skills, knowledge, external verification, and intellectual property rights.

We are presenting the current draft of recommendations for updating the Qualified Course Professional (QCP) guidelines. These documents contain 'CORE' information applicable to all QCPs, as well as specific 'disciplines' that have been addressed.

We invite you to be a part of this crucial process by reviewing and providing feedback on the documents related to defining QCPs, including their experience, knowledge, skills, and roles they can perform. We believe in the power of collective effort, trusting that together, we can enhance these guidelines further.

The information shared represents a conceptual set of draft documents and does not constitute an ACCT standard, requirement, or approved document. It is currently a work in progress within a task force under the ACCT Accreditation and Certification Committee.

Please refrain from reproducing, circulating, or quoting this document outside of ACCT QCP Task force-related activities without written authorization from the Executive Director of ACCT.

The contents of the Qualified Course Professional Feedback Folder include the QCPTF conference presentation and the draft disciplines that were presented during the Qualified Course Professional Update Workshop. The Qualified Course Professional Feedback Form can be used for your comments, feedback, thoughts, and opinions. This Google Form will send all feedback back to the task force for consideration and review.

Thank you for your interest and participation in this important initiative. Your contribution is invaluable in shaping the future of Qualified Course Professionals.
