Removed Appendices from 03-2016 released as White Papers

Along with the Association for Challenge Course Technology announcement of publication of ANSI/ACCT 03-2019, ACCT announces the release of three white papers.  These white papers are the appendices to ANSI/ACCT 03-2016, which were removed from ANSI/ACCT 03-2019. 

Two other appendices and Chapter 4. Practitioner Certification Standards were also removed. Information on those can be found at acctinfo.org/practitioner
