We're thrilled to share some updates as we gear up for the 2024 conference in Oklahoma City. We are excited to announce that we are in the final testing phase of our exhibitor and sponsor registration portal. In the meantime, we encourage you to take a look at the exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities for this event.  With each passing day, we are getting closer to the official launch of the 34th Annual International ACCT Conference & Expo!

Exhibitor | Sponsor Registration Launch Phases

 

Our approach to opening the sponsorship registration portal involves strategic phases designed to maximize the benefits for our valued members:

  • Tier Sponsorship Opportunities: The initial phase will be an exclusive launch for our Professional Vendor Members (PVMs) and Accredited Operations (AOs), followed by an extension of access to the portal to the general public.

  • Exhibitor Opportunities: Building upon the strong foundation of tier sponsorships, we will then open the doors to Exhibitor registration for this select group followed by a public launch.

In response to your feedback, we've fine-tuned the pricing and benefits of our tier sponsorships. If you're considering exhibiting and envision having multiple team members present, we urge you to explore our sponsorship options. Not only will this offer substantial cost savings through bundled expenses, but it also provides exclusive access to coveted booth locations within the exhibition hall.

 

Corner booths measuring 10X10 are exclusively tied to Silver Sponsorships during this initial launch. Act fast, as once we unlock the exhibitor portal, all 10X10 (corner and in-line) booths will be available for individual purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't miss the opportunity to secure your spot if a Silver Sponsorship with a corner booth aligns with your goals!

 

Strategic Planning for Success:

 

As we approach the launch, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the attached Exhibit Floor plan. Mapping out your preferred booth location strategically will empower you to make informed decisions and secure a prime spot that perfectly aligns with your objectives. Also, take a moment to review the updated general schedule for the conference. This year's modifications afford you ample time for professional development, networking, and city exploration. Coffee breaks and lunch will be included in registration fees and served inside the Expo on both Friday and Saturday. Additionally, we will serve beverages during the late afternoon / early evening receptions, but the hall will close earlier than in previous years, allowing you to utilize your time in Oklahoma City as you see fit.

It's important to note that all sponsorship opportunities, including booth selections, will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
