We were recently made aware of the bill being considered in the current Maryland legislative session concerning liability waivers for recreational facilities. After contacting the offices of Senator Carter and Delegate Cardin, who are sponsoring the bill in the House and Senate respectively, we provide you with a link to the testimony from Senator Carter that hopefully clarifies the purpose of said bill.
