• 50% discount off the conference registration fee

• Opportunity to volunteer for a Pre-Conference Session (first-come, first-served basis; one Yellow Hat per session)

• Exclusive volunteer social event at the conference (a chance to meet ACCT Staff, Board Members, and year round Volunteers!)

• Eligibility to apply for the ACCT Conference Work Group after serving on Service Crew for one conference (subject to availability)

What is expected of me if accepted to Service Crew?

As a Yellow Hat, we expect the following from you:

• Respond to pre-conference communications promptly

• Attend mandatory trainings (hours served count towards the requirement)

• Fulfill the required hours to receive the 50% discount (details provided in the Service Crew contract during the application)

• Punctually show up for your shifts wearing your Yellow Hat

• Provide exceptional customer service to all conference attendees
