Register Early, Stay at Host Hotel & Receive Extra Perks!

The Hyatt Regency at the Oregon Convention Center is the host hotel for the 33rd Annual International ACCT Conference and Expo. All participants must contact the hotel directly to reserve their sleeping room. 

For 2023, please make your reservations directly with the Hyatt Regency Portland to receive the ACCT negotiated rate, identify yourself as being with the Association for Challenge Course Technology.

If you book in our group block at the host hotel in 2023 on or before the cutoff date (January 18, 2023) you will be entered into our raffle. The winner will receive a complimentary 2023 full conference registration, three (3) nights of conference hotel lodging at the Hyatt Regency Portland, as well as a $25 gift card.

ACCT appreciates YOU and your support in staying in our host hotels. By doing so we are able to keep attendee fees and hotel costs down for future events.

***BONUS*** The first 700 ppl that register for the conference AND stay at our host hotel will receive a TriMet pass to get around town and also could be used to get back to the Airport at the end of the event. TriMet operates the MAX Light Rail, street car, and bus lines and the pass will work for all of these.

ACCT is aware of companies (Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, Global Travel, etc…) that solicit our exhibitors to provide “assistance” with their hotel reservations.  We have been told that they sometimes pretend to be the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) Housing Bureau or claim to represent the host hotel.  They may assert that they can get better hotel rates, and/or that the rooms at the host hotel are limited. They are NOT the official housing bureau and are NOT affiliated with the ACCT in any capacity.

If you receive a call from this or any company claiming to represent ACCT, be advised that this may be a scam. We repeat, these companies are NOT affiliated with the ACCT in any capacity. DO NOT MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS WITH ANYONE BUT THE HOST HOTEL. If you are contacted by any company claiming to represent ACCT, please ask for the company name, phone number, address, and the contact who called and send it to events@acctinfo.org.
