The COPE/Climbing Directorship is for Woodruff Scout Reservation located in the North Georgia Mountains near Blairsville, GA. The Camp is one of the BSA’s top rated camps. Camp Woodruff hosts over 5,000 scouts and adults per year. The duties require knowledge of climbing, bouldering and skills teaching Climbing Merit Badge and working scouts though COPE challenges. The camp runs for 8 weeks plus camp school and staff week for a total of 10 weeks starting in mid-May. Camp Woodruff is a male and female camp with a variety of activities.
