As a Challenge Towers Aerial Park Installer, you will play a pivotal role in constructing and installing our world-class aerial parks. Working closely with a skilled team, you will be responsible for assembling, rigging, and securing various elements of aerial park structures. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the safe and seamless installation of challenging and exciting adventure courses. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the project team to review site plans, equipment specifications, and installation schedules. 2. Interpret blueprints, designs, and instructions to determine installation requirements. 3. Conduct pre-installation site inspections to assess conditions, identify potential obstacles, and plan installation strategies. 4. Using standard and specialized tools and equipment, assemble and install aerial park components, including platforms, bridges, ziplines, and aerial obstacles. 5. Rigging and tensioning cables, ropes, and other structural elements, ensuring proper alignment and load distribution. 6. Inspect all components and connections for quality and safety, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. 7. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 8. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation. 9. Provide training and guidance to assistant installers, ensuring their understanding of installation processes and safety procedures. 10. Assist in the dismantling and removal of existing structures, as required. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in construction, carpentry, or a related field is advantageous. 2. Proven experience in construction, preferably in the installation of adventure courses, aerial parks, or similar structures. 3. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in working with various tools, power equipment, and rigging systems. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. 5. Physically fit and able to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and in physically demanding environments. 6. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to construction and working at heights. 7. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members. 8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. 9. Willingness to travel to different project sites as required, potentially for extended periods. 10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. |
