Description & Details:

The Program Technician – 4-H Center Programs will facilitate a wide range of, mostly outdoor, educational opportunities for youth and adults, at the Arkansas 4-H Center with the ExCEL Leadership program. Facilitation includes working on a high ropes course and leading teams through communication, leadership, and team development activities. Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting at least 50 lbs., climbing a ladder, maneuvering a high ropes course, and physically assisting participants on a high ropes course.
