ACCT International has launched a webinar series designed to help operators, staff, and community members prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises that may impact challenge courses and aerial adventure programs. From natural disasters to operational disruptions, this series will provide practical tools, expert insights, and real-world lessons to strengthen resilience at every stage—before, during, and after a crisis.

For this series, a crisis refers to significant, often unexpected events that disrupt normal operations, pose serious risks to safety, or create long-term impacts for organizations, staff, and communities. Examples include natural disasters, severe accidents, major facility damage, or other large-scale disruptions. Each session will feature guest speakers with specialized expertise and lived experience.

Other topics will include: legal considerations and liability, communication strategies during and after emergencies, the mental health side of crisis management, and emergency preparedness planning.

Purchase includes access to the recordings (to be housed directly in this course) as well as a discussion area with a calendar of the live events.
