From natural disasters to operational disruptions, this series will provide practical tools, expert insights, and real-world lessons to strengthen resilience at every stage—before, during, and after a crisis.
For this series, a crisis refers to significant, often unexpected events that disrupt normal operations, pose serious risks to safety, or create long-term impacts for organizations, staff, and communities. Examples include natural disasters, severe accidents, major facility damage, or other large-scale disruptions. Each session will feature guest speakers with specialized expertise and lived experience.
