CCM is an in-depth, comprehensive study of Chapter 2: Operations Management based on the most current ANSI / ACCT 03-2019 Standards. This training requires thirty (30) hours of management training of which sixteen (16) shall be specific to course management.
A CCM candidate shall possess a current Level II certification and shall document five hundred (500) hours of work experience that may include working directly with groups, as well as program coordination, administration and supervision.
