Lori Pingle

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies from the University of Illinois and bring over 30 years of experience in the adventure industry. I am the owner of ZipZone Outdoor Adventures, LLC, a Columbus-based zip line and adventure park, and Skybound Consulting, where I provide consulting and expert witness services.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles focused on maintaining high industry standards. I have led two companies that were Accredited Members of ACCT International, and ZipZone Outdoor Adventures is an ACCT Accredited Operation.

As founder of Get a Grip Adventures, LLC (2004), I developed training programs, managed operations, and oversaw all aspects of the business. I designed and implemented training curricula that supported safe and effective adventure programming.

Earlier in my career, I served as Project Director at Experiential Resources, Inc. in Maui, Hawaii. In this role, I supported the construction and operation of zip line tours, developed training manuals, and provided consulting on multiple projects. My experience includes project management, staff supervision, and operational consulting.

I have contributed to the industry through active involvement with ACCT International since 2011, serving on committees and panels. I also serve as President of the Ohio Zip Line Association.

I provide expert witness services in adventure programming, risk management, and operations, supported by extensive experience and a strong track record.
