ACCT Crisis Management Series: What to Do When Bad Things Happen
ACCT International is launching a new webinar series designed to help operators, staff, and community members prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises that may impact challenge courses and aerial adventure programs. From natural disasters to operational disruptions, this series will provide practical tools, expert insights, and real-world lessons to strengthen resilience at every stage—before, during, and after a crisis.
For this series, a crisis refers to significant, often unexpected events that disrupt normal operations, pose serious risks to safety, or create long-term impacts for organizations, staff, and communities. Examples include natural disasters, severe accidents, major facility damage, or other large-scale disruptions. Each session will feature guest speakers with specialized expertise and lived experience.
