Technical Support Specialist - Southern Midwest

General Purpose

The region for this position is considered the Southern Midwest including the states of  Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, and Kentucky. Applicants will need to be located in one of these areas to support an existing client-base in this region. 

This part-time seasonal position is multi-faceted to support the company with responsibilities split between a specific regional need and substantive field work nationwide as needed. Work priorities will adjust depending on the season, field workload, and needs of the company overall. This position is created to be intentionally flexible and support each facet of work processes.

Primary Roles:

Inspection  responsibilities include coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of challenge course inspections ensuring consistency with industry standards, company strategy, commitments and goals. 

Regional support responsibilities include assisting Area Director with regional client-base responsibilities including scheduling annual service, pro-actively working with clients for anticipated needs and physically supporting service calls along with other duties as assigned.

Secondary Roles:

Training responsibilities include content delivery, coordination, implementation, documenting and otherwise completion of training projects ensuring consistency with industry standards, company strategy, commitments and goals. 

Construction and Maintenance responsibilities include execution and completion of a variety of challenge course maintenance and new installation projects solo, or alongside a team of laborers, site foreman, and project manager producing a high quality product.
