Position: Program Manager
Status: Full-time, exempt
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Colorado

Job Description

This is a full-time position based in Colorado. The program manager reports to the executive director and will be responsible for overseeing ACCT credentialing programs, including but not limited to vendor accreditation, program accreditation, and inspector certification. The program manager is the primary staff person responsible for providing oversight, guidance, leadership and coordination of project management for the Accreditation & Certification Committee, the Vendor Accreditation Panel, the Panel for Program Accreditation, and the Inspector Certification Panel. Other duties include designing, upgrading, and/or improving all systems, procedures, and policies for ACCT credentialing programs.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess, evaluate, and improve internal systems, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Proficient in various project management, software, and file share platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Adobe InDesign, Basecamp, Dropbox, etc.
  • Strong business skills, financial acumen, and the ability to analyze and act on real-time data.
  • Exceptional leadership skills along with the demonstrated ability to work as a member of high performing teams.
  • Experience in the challenge course, aerial adventure park/zip line industry.
  • Highly desired: experience with ACCT credentialing programs.

Compensation
Negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus paid time off.
