This workshop is Session One of our four-day Institute for camp staff. These two days of the Institute are designed for new Adventure Program Directors, Facilitators, Village Director/Unit Leaders, Camp Leadership or anyone who will be leading teambuilding activities or teaching others (Camp Counselors) to use teambuilding activities with campers.  Participants will: Be introduced to foundational adventure concepts; Gain an understanding of activity selection, sequencing, framing and debriefing; Be able to put together a camp Adventure program that is age appropriate and effective for various timeframes; Learn appropriate spotting techniques for ground activities and low challenge course elements; Understand typical Low Element Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Learn a variety of activities to use in all facets of camp population.
